BigFix 1.1.1.5:  BigFix claims to help you "fix bugs before they bite!", and what's more I believe it. This is a fantastic fix it tool, which analyses your PC, and then connects to the BigFix site to cross reference the state of your system with known bugs. It did a great job of pulling my virgin Windows 98 installation to pieces, accurately diagnosing faults with the TCP/IP stack, vulnerable ActiveX controls, and an Internet Explorer security exploit or two... or three...

Partition Resizer:  The popular freeware Partitioning program is back! The first free program to resize and move partitions without data loss, is now more complete, with support for disks up to 2TB of size.
